Joyce Property Professionals - Real Estate Agent in Dubai

General Information Jumeirah Islands

Jumeirah Islands is a development set in one of the most beautiful and prestigious districts in Dubai, next to Sheikh Zayed Road and between interchange 5 and 6. The area is designed in 46 clusters, each cluster comprising 16 individual villas.

All the clusters are bordered by waterfalls, lakes, canals and landscaped areas. Each villa features a private swimming pool and is built on a spacious plot. In the Jumeirah Islands community the land to water ratio is 23/77, which is believed to be the highest in the world. The developer also claims that Jumeirah Islands is the world’s largest inland man-made island community.

The design of the villas are based on four themes; Oasis, Islamic,
European and Mediterranean.  Each villa is distinct and has its own architectural style.

Jumeirah Islands is intended to be a family orientated community, combining the pleasure of living within the city yet away from the hustle-bustle of the centre of town. Facilities include playgrounds, tennis courts, a clubhouse, a convenience store and 24 hour security.
