I was very unfortunate in my “purchase” of an apartment through a project in Dubai in 2007.

The project was never commenced and I have had problems finding individuals/companies that would be able to answer my juridical inquiries about this project in Dubai.
I have been in contact with a law firm in Dubai for the past 6 months. The firm did nothing with the case. They did not respond until Joyce Joman asked for a meeting with them in the end of October this year....

Dear Joyce,

We started working with Joyce in February 2009 when we first visited Dubai, looking for an investment in Real-Estate. Our phone contacts we had previous to our meeting already were like among friends. Before and during our visit you also helped us with finding our way in Dubai and gave suggestions for interesting visits.
Together with you we visited 2 developments in Rash Al Khaimah. We appreciated your  great knowledge of the developments and the area.
We decided to invest in a Marina Studio in RAK and the whole sales and contract works all went very smooth because of your help.

Now it is November 2009 and our studio is ready and based on your suggestion we contacted a local firm to rent it out. It is on the market now.
All the above could not have been done from abroad if not a local representative like Joyce would look after our interests and arrange things locally.
